Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt saistību starp Iezīmju Emocionālā Intelekta pašnovērtējuma rādītājiem un Iezīmju Emocionālā intelekta partnera novērtējuma rezultātiem romantiskajās partnerattiecībās esošiem cilvēkiem Latvijā. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek teorētiski aprakstīts Emocionālais Intelekts, tā definīcijas un modeļi, romantiskās partnerattiecības un to galvenās iezīmes, kā arī tiks dots neliels ieskats romantisko partnerattiecību kontekstā veikto Emocionālā Intelekta pētījumu rezultātos un atziņās. Do communication patterns predict the psychological abuse in young adults romantic relationships?

The aim of the study was to investigate the link between different communication patterns and psychological abuse among young adults romantic relationships. Specifically, the research was aimed at analyzing the direct relation between efficacious, avoidant, dismissive and manipulative communicative patterns and both reported victimized and perpetrated behaviors of psychological abuse within the couple. Participants were 557 young adults (211 males), aged between 18-30 years (M = 22.61; DS = 3.85), currently involved in a heterosexual romantic relationship of at least 6 months duration. It is yet unclear, whether the similarity paradigm fully explains frequent displays of aggression in adolescents' romantic relationships. In a sample of 194 romantic partner dyads, differences between female and male partners' reports of aggression (psychological and physical) and different measures of relationship functioning (e.g., jealousy, conflicts, and the affiliative and romantic quality of the relationship) were assessed. Mātes un pieaugušas meitas attiecību saistība ar meitas romantiskajām attiecībām

Šajā darbā tuvāk tika apskatīts mātes un meitas attiecību raksturojums dažādās teorijās (psihoanalītiskā, feminisma, piesaistes, starppaaudžu teorijas), mātes un meitas attiecību attīstība, mātes un meitas attiecības pieaugušo vecumā, kā arī mātes un meitas attiecību ietekme uz meitas romantiskajām attiecībām. Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot mātes un pieaugušas meitas attiecību saistību ar meitas romantiskajām attiecībām. Pētījumā piedalījās 65 sievietes vecumā no 30 - 40 gadiem, kurām ir dzīvas mātes un kurām ir romantiski - seksuālas attiecības.
